Training Times:
Monday - Saturday (Sunday holiday).
Morning class - 08.30 - 10.30am
Afternoon class - 05.00pm - 07.00 pm
Typical daily training schedules are as follows.
Beginner
. Warm up either a light run, tyre jumping
or skipping.
. Stretching.
. Muay Thai basics - knees, elbow, punches, kicks and blocks.
. Shadow boxing 2-3 rounds.
. Pad work 2-3 rounds.
. Bag work 2-3 rounds.
. Stretching and cool down.
Advanced - Professional level.
.Warm up 10 km run
.Skipping/tyre jumping (10-30 minutes)
.Stretching
.Shadow boxing - 3 rounds
.Pad work 3-5 rounds
.Bag work 3-5 rounds
.Clinching OR sparring
.Stretching and cool down.

Hand wraps, boxing gloves and shin pads are available free of use at the gym for the duration of your stay.
